As a new member of the Bradnam's team, you will be provided with full training to undertake a variety of production duties, including loading and unloading trucks, quality checking, and pick and packing items for delivery. This role involves manual lifting, so it's essential to practice safe manual handling techniques.

You'll assist in delivering manufactured windows and door products as an offsider to our growing customer base across the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all vehicles are in a safe, well-maintained, clean, and tidy condition.
  • Secure all items on the back of trucks and trailers before travel.
  • Practice good hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Complete all paperwork and check sheets as required and on time.
  • Contribute to good housekeeping at the branch.
  • Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices.
  • Assist with loading and unloading the truck.
  • Comply with location requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign-in's, or other processes and procedures.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties to fulfill the requirements of the role.
About You

To succeed in this heavily manual position, you'll need to demonstrate safe manual handling techniques and a positive work ethic.

You'll be interested in progressing to a driving role in the future (MR).

Requirements
  • A construction white card.
  • Medical consent.
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety practices, including safe manual handling of heavy loads (30kg plus).
  • A forklift license.
  • Great communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
