Conversational AI Developer

This role involves end-to-end design, build, and testing using a modern low-code Conversational AI platform. As a Conversational AI Developer, you will be responsible for crafting exemplary conversational flows, scripts, and experiences that deliver exceptional customer interactions.

Your core responsibilities include designing and refining conversational experiences based on user feedback, staying up-to-date with the evolution of Conversation & Generative AI, and providing thought leadership to ensure every opportunity is leveraged. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier conversational solutions and contribute to transforming and delivering experiences through the use of Conversational & Generative AI technology.

To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional experiences using Conversational AI or similar solutions, passion for learning and transforming conversations on digital assets, thought leadership in Conversational AI, and continuous improvement mindset. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical focus, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work autonomously in a team environment. Experience with content production, risk, legal & compliance management, and optimising different types of language models is also desired. If you are a strategic thinker passionate about emerging technology, AI, Chatbots, Voicebots, and Contact Centre Technology, this role could be right for you.

You will execute through a hands-on approach, ensuring that your conversational designs meet high standards of quality, usability, and engagement. You'll be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving conversational and generative AI landscape, working collaboratively with researchers, product owners, and technical delivery teams to drive innovation and excellence in conversation design. As a key member of an Agile Squad, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of conversational experiences and helping us achieve our goals in this exciting field.
