Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing documents, records, and information systems. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective management of project documentation, supporting the delivery of high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to analyze complex information and develop strategies to improve business processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating document management activities, including creating, reviewing, and updating records.
  • Developing and implementing efficient and effective record-keeping systems.
  • Providing training and support to staff on document management procedures.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including internal teams and external contractors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in records management or a related field.
  • Experience in document management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
