Regional Media Leader

About this role:
This is a senior editorial position based in Broome, overseeing four regional mastheads. As a Northern Editor, you will be responsible for leading a team of reporters and steering the editorial direction of the papers.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as a reporter, strong writing and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a head for news. You will be required to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Key responsibilities include gathering and writing original news stories for publication in print and online, developing positive relationships with key people and organisations, breaking news stories and creating engaging content, and interviewing and photographing subjects confidently and professionally.
As a member of our senior regional leadership team, you will work cohesively with other leaders to drive the success of our regional publications.
Requirements:
