Job Summary:

As a Business Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers and software vendors to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Drive end-to-end API integrations, encompassing scoping, delivery, and go-live phases.
  • Ensure integrations are thoroughly documented, tested, and delivered on time, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Act as the key liaison across multiple projects, fostering effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in API or system integration projects, demonstrating expertise in BA roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
