Wealth Management Specialist

This role is a dynamic opportunity for an ambitious individual to excel in wealth management, providing exceptional client experiences.
About the Position- Support financial advisers in delivering outstanding client service through active participation in meetings and preparation of relevant documentation.
- Coordinate essential paperwork for client interactions, ensuring seamless processes.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive annual review and new business plans, including draft strategies, financial modeling, and completion of necessary data inputs.
- Undertake thorough insurance needs analysis and prepare personalized quotes for clients.
- Maintain a streamlined workflow to meet client expectations while staying informed about operational processes across various teams.
- Monitor client accounts and team dashboards, maintaining accurate records.
- Act as the primary liaison between financial advisers, administrative staff, and operational teams for escalation and investigation purposes.
We seek a candidate with:
- Completion of an FASEA-approved education pathway.
Additional requirements include:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in paraplanning or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Desirable skills include experience with Xplan and a background in client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow professionally.
