Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned delivery expert to spearhead the development of an organisation-wide delivery model.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and business units to bring clarity, prioritisation, and discipline to our initiative delivery processes.

The foundation is in place, but there is scope to embed consistency, discipline, and scalability across initiatives.

  • Lead the organisation-wide delivery framework
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Product, Risk, and Commercial teams
  • Manage prioritisation forums and governance structures
  • Oversee program and project execution
  • Maintain a central view of initiatives, delivery risks, and resource capacity
  • Escalate and resolve risks and blockers
  • Build capability in delivery practices

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in program/project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing delivery portfolios
  • Deep understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and resource planning
  • Practical approach to program management
  • Commercial acumen and risk awareness

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in financial services
  • Hands-on experience working across large and small organisations

Note: This role requires strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as experience in managing delivery portfolios.
