Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team at a Shopping Centre in Townsville. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all patrons at the client site.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing security and guarding specific areas
- Managing crowds and ensuring public safety
- Monitoring CCTV footage and responding to incidents
- Liaising with emergency services and responding to emergencies
- Responding to questions and emergencies in a professional manner
Requirements
- QLD Security Licence (unarmed, monitoring and crowd control)
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Driver's Licence and own means of transportation
- Intermediate computer skills
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
