The Regional Business Development Partner plays a vital role in driving business growth, customer acquisition, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across various portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, maintain accurate records from initial contact through onboarding, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive customer pipeline, leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate application and onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, ensure best practice outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, families, carers, service providers, and community members, promoting a collaborative approach to service delivery.
  • Represent the organization at networks and promotional events, sharing expert knowledge and insights to drive business development.
  • Promote services to attract new customers, track enquiry outcomes, and provide actionable insights for reporting and improvement.
  • Identify regional opportunities, communicate findings through clear reporting, and contribute to the development of targeted business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business or customer service management, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Proven background in customer-facing roles within values-driven organizations, demonstrating a commitment to customer-centricity and excellence.
  • Experience in cultural change and workforce capability building, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong community engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build trust-based relationships.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary Disability Services and person-centred approaches, with a commitment to delivering inclusive and accessible solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences, and able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in decision-making, with a focus on delivering results that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently, with a high level of computer literacy and comfort with technology.
  • Empathetic, customer-focused, and business-savvy, with a deep understanding of the Disability Services sector and its evolving needs.
  • Business development or sales experience, with a strong ability to connect with people from all walks of life and build lasting relationships.
