Senior Human Resources Leader

This role is responsible for leading and developing the people and culture function across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to leaders and executives on HR matters.
  • Oversee recruitment, staff onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee issues and disciplinary matters.
  • Lead HR projects, such as changes to team structures and processes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior HR role.
  • Detailed knowledge of public sector HR laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems like SAP or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
