Solutions Architecture Leader - Cloud Strategy & Innovation

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architecture Leader to drive the adoption and growth of cloud services in Australia and New Zealand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to a team of expert cloud architects, guiding them in developing innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers, ensuring effective solution delivery and support.
  • Recruit, develop, and train new Solution Architects from internal and external sources, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Cultivate strong communication skills among team members, enabling them to effectively convey value propositions to customers.
  • Educate public sector customers on the benefits of cloud services, participating in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
  • Develop high-value customer-facing content and best practices, serving as a conduit between customers, service engineering teams, and support.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience in technical or enterprise customer-facing resources.
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
