As a Culinary Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with preparing dishes according to the chef's standards. Key Responsibilities

  1. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
  2. Keep your workstation and surrounding areas clean and sanitary.
  3. Present a professional appearance with a clean uniform and appropriate hair restraint.
  4. Foster a collaborative environment and treat all customers with respect.
  5. Ensure timely production of a la carte items, following the first-in, first-out principle.
  6. Follow company protocols for clocking in and out.
  7. Participate in mandatory training sessions and meetings.
  8. Complete assigned opening, running, and closing tasks.
  9. Execute all essential functions promptly and efficiently.
  10. Report to the Sous Chef and ensure timely preparation of menu items.
  11. Prepare salads, soups, sauces, and meats according to established recipes and management guidelines.
  12. Maintain sanitation standards, including HACCP practices as directed by the executive chef.
  13. Manage food item usage responsibly while completing assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar culinary role.

  5. Capability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team.
  6. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
  7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Must pass a background check and drug screening, and verify eligibility to work in the United States.
