About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our credit decisioning capabilities and drive decision optimisation. As a key member of our Product function, you will be responsible for uplifting our credit decisioning capabilities and defining OKRs / metrics to track success and measure performance of the decisioning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product management strategies to drive data-based decisions and outcomes
  • Manage a product across the product development lifecycle, working closely with engineering, risk, operations, and customer experience teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and action across the business
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring effective risk management is integrated into all aspects of the role
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product management in a fintech/banking related environment
  • Experience implementing product management strategies, using data and analytics to build, launch and scale products
  • Analytical skills with a proven ability to drive data-based decisions and outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and action across the business
  • A team player with a strong ability to contribute beyond their domain and think team-first
