Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Pega decisioning strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage proposition and offer matrices to ensure optimal decision-making
  • Design and manage ADM and predictive models to inform business decisions
  • Develop Next Best Action strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure successful deployment of changes to higher environments
  • Act as a mentor to junior resources to ensure knowledge transfer and growth

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of decisioning experience
  • Experience with Pega PRPC technologies
  • Experience working on Pega DSM (Decision Management)
  • Experience with ADM and predictive models
  • Certifications: CSA/CPDC/CPMC/CSPMC
  • Nice to have: understanding of inbound marketing and good understanding of strategies and proposition management
