Ideally, you have solid knowledge of business IT expectations, policies, and procedures. Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You should be quick to understand IT setups, even with little documentation. High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement are also key.
