About the Role

This Collections Team Leader will lead a team of professionals in achieving collection goals. The role involves managing daily operations, updating processes, gathering documentation, developing KPIs, and handling customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day collections operations and processes to ensure compliance and excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections team.
  • Improve the collections function by updating processes, policies, and manuals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
