About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Rentokil Initial plc. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Revenue: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and visits, and develop and implement sales plans to achieve set sales targets.
  • Servicing Existing Clients: Analyze client needs and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and manage a sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Identify Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Business Development Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales plans to achieve set sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Time Management Skills:
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
