Pool Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic pool service professional to join our team. As a key member of our pool operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a luxury resort atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt delivery of items and amenities to create a luxury pool experience.
  • Maintain the security of our pool operations for guests.
  • Check guest's status, deliver pool towels, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and upsell items.
  • Support other departments to ensure a luxury resort atmosphere and maintain brand standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in guest and customer service.
  • Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
  • Responsible service of alcohol.
  • Independent ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly organised and ability to delegate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Australian work rights.
