Control System Expert Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Control System Field Service Engineer to provide complex technical solutions in our field.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and has expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding of industrial gas turbines, auxiliary systems, and/or compressors.

  • Performing maintenance, modifications, adjustments, commissioning, testing, and trouble-shooting on software control system and equipment supporting gas turbines and compressors.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
  • Interfacing with customers, engineering, and management teams to ensure site operations and maintenance activities align with technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and customers to provide technical guidance to solve complex technical problems.
  • Providing customers and management with professional and timely reports related to field services activities and equipment status.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate appropriate training, qualifications, and experience on control panels.
  • Display successful experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding of industrial gas turbines, auxiliary systems, and/or compressors.
  • Have significant experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, start-up, and commissioning of pumps and auxiliary packages.
  • Exhibit a powerful customer service-orientation mindset, experienced in leading customers through tough decisions.
  • Have awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance and potential risks.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, conveying technical concepts to customers, both internal and external.
