Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure all activities are completed within allocated timeframes and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to established management systems and legislative requirements.
  • Oversee the upkeep of plant and equipment, ensuring they remain in good working order.
  • Effectively manage labour hire and sub-contractors, ensuring seamless integration into project teams.
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years' experience in construction or engineering, relevant trades qualifications, and demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
