At W Hotels, we're seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional service to our esteemed guests.

This role involves providing a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services. You'll assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments, while maintaining a clean and serene spa environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality spa treatments to guests
  • Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy

Qualifications:

  • Trained in Comfort Zone, Skin Regimen, Uspa, and HydraFacial preferred
  • Certification in Massage Therapy or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
