About the Role

As a Senior Litigation Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level technical support to project management teams globally. You will be responsible for managing eDiscovery solutions for the culling, processing, hosting, and conversion of ESI for end clients, primarily law firms and Fortune 500 companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex technical processes into easy-to-understand language. They will also possess excellent organizational, customer service, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with project management teams and clients to execute tasks throughout the lifecycle of a case.
  • Manage high-level tasks and unique workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and externally.
  • Provide support and answer client questions about web hosting software and perform administrative functions to meet client needs.
  • Handle multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
  • E nsure smooth transition of work between day and evening shifts.
  • Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards and job specifications and deadlines are adhered to.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in litigation technology or vendor side preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as computer sciences or information management-technology, or equivalent work experience with a strong technical background.
  • RCA Certification.
  • Experience with Analytics, MS Office applications, and proficiency with Concordance and Summation.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customized solutions on a client-by-client basis.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic.
  • Experience with LAW PreDiscovery or IPRO is a major plus.
