Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive innovation and growth.


About the Role
  • As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will oversee a large and distributed team of experienced engineers, driving them to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • You will be responsible for directly managing engineering managers and contributing to the development of future leaders within the organization.
  • Providing technical input into new business ideas and working closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives is crucial for success in this role.
  • You will take ownership of major projects, guiding them towards completion.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices is essential for achieving excellence in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in managing large engineering teams (over 25 people) and developing future leaders is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Able to operate autonomously and make decisions with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with scale, microservices, and clean architecture is necessary.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills are required.
