Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Content Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that engage and educate our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of educational principles and methodologies, as well as excellent written language skills, including writing in plain language, structural editing, copy editing, and proof reading.

  • Developing training content in accordance with project briefs
  • Researching, reviewing, analyzing and assembling source content
  • Writing learning strategies and course outlines
  • Writing and structuring content in course storyboards with recommendations for interactivity, user experience and visual elements
  • Reviewing existing courses and revising to include content changes and user experience improvements
  • Peer reviewing storyboards
  • Reviewing courses at each stage of production and quality assuring for content accuracy, appropriate interactivity and user experience
  • Writing course information and metadata such as course descriptions
  • Researching and writing thought blogs, articles and other customer-facing materials on learning and instructional design topics
  • Liasing with product managers and subject matter experts
  • Researching new and emerging education best practices and suggesting improvement initiatives

Qualifications, skills and experience required include:

  • Qualification in Education, Communications or similar
  • Minimum two years professional experience in instructional design or relevant occupation
  • Solid understanding of educational principles and methodologies
  • Excellent written language skills, including writing in plain language, structural editing, copy editing, and proof reading
