Material Recovery Specialist

We are currently seeking a Material Recovery Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, sorting through recyclables and waste on a conveyor belt.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. They will also have the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting materials into designated categories
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Working in a team environment to meet productivity targets
- Reporting any issues or concerns to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
