As a Warehouse Management Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading a team of Storepersons to deliver exceptional customer support services to one of CEVA's customers in the telecommunications sector.

About the Job:

This is a hands-on role that involves developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coach and develop your team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational performance.
  2. Provide expert guidance on customer queries, orders, returns, and corrective actions.
  3. Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, lost, or missing items through transaction of goods.
  4. Manage and promote effective customer communication relations and order settlement processes.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track daily inbound and outbound orders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. Proven experience in supervising customer service teams, preferably in logistics and supply chain industries.
  2. Outstanding written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  3. Sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
