Deliver Essential Speech Pathology Services

We are a leading provider of support services under the NDIS, catering to over 10,000 participants annually. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures a tailored service that addresses the unique needs and goals of each participant and their families.

About the Role:

  • Deliver essential speech pathology services to enhance participants' quality of life
  • Visit participants in their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
  • Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Participate in regular peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address participants' speech and language needs
  • Conduct home visits, schools, and workplaces to provide support and therapy
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
