About the Role:
- Deliver essential speech pathology services to enhance participants' quality of life
- Visit participants in their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
- Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to inform treatment plans
- Participate in regular peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address participants' speech and language needs
- Conduct home visits, schools, and workplaces to provide support and therapy
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
