Speech Pathologist Opportunity

Job Description:

We are a leading provider of services to the NDIS, supporting thousands of participants annually with high-quality care when and where it is needed.

Our team adopts a multi-disciplinary approach, building a tailored support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

Help us deliver life-changing support that can improve independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing by providing essential speech pathology services.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are continually adding clinicians to our team who are passionate about supporting NDIS participants in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.

  • Deliver speech pathology services to help participants enhance their quality of life
  • Visit participants in the community, including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
  • Utilize clinical observations and standardized assessments to interpret findings and set treatment goals
  • Participate in regular peer supervision with mentors and staff
  • Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physios, psychologists, and other professionals
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration
  • A desire to contribute to the community
  • Experience providing services under the NDIS
