About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing injured workers to determine the best way to help them get back to work. You will visit workplaces to gain an understanding of the challenges an injured worker may face and provide clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing. You will also educate workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries and case manage complex injuries, liaising with treating doctors and health professionals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA or ESSA registration and a tertiary degree.
  • A commitment to being the best, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • A willingness to bring new ideas to the table and contribute to a dynamic, innovative work environment.
