Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a trade store customer service operator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders with precision and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with customers via face-to-face interactions and phone calls
  • Assist with stock takes and inventory counts to maintain accurate records
  • Receive goods and verify paperwork while upholding due diligence standards
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to all clients
  • Loading and unloading customer vehicles with care
  • Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
  • Perform general warehouse duties and contribute to a clean and organized work environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • A current forklift license is advantageous, or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, and dispatching would be beneficial
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Work effectively within a team environment and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
