You will work on development approval packages for medium to large scale class 2 multi-residential projects, attend site meetings, liaise with clients, and coordinate consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality development approval packages for medium to large scale class 2 multi-residential projects
- Attend site meetings, engage with clients, and coordinate consultant teams
- Collaborate with the wider team, receiving exposure to design stages on future projects
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Demonstrate strong competency in Revit
- Showcase proven experience in DA on Class 2 projects
