About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resource Scheduler to join our team at Boral Limited. As a key member of our asphalt business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

Your day will involve planning and coordinating works to achieve time and budgetary objectives, collaborating with internal teams and external customers to allocate resources effectively, reviewing and optimizing labor utilization, plant and equipment maintenance and availability, and managing subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior administration, scheduling, or coordination role within a similar industry, with strong communication and project management skills. They will also possess knowledge of heavy vehicle and chain of responsibility regulations (WAHVA) and have experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
