About the Role
At GFG Alliance, we are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our operations and work closely with Area Managers and the broader VIC team. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering on the logistics, operations, administration, and customer service targets of the site, while satisfying customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on branch and individual customer growth targets
- Drive revenue growth by providing high levels of external and internal customer service
- Analyse performance and promote continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure safety compliance and policies are followed on-site
- Monitor and report on DIFOT results and any significant issues
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience and a proven track record in driving a high-performance sales and safety culture
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Operations and People Management Experience
- Industry experience in sales and operations environment of a related manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing establishment
