Construction Law Specialist

The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with a highly skilled and productive legal team, providing assistance in various construction-related matters.
Responsibilities:- Create and review a range of construction documents including contracts, notices, and correspondence.
- Conduct thorough research on construction law, legislation, and case studies.
- Support the preparation of court documents, briefs, and client reports.
- Collaborate with solicitors in managing complex construction disputes and adjudications.
- Maintain and update matter files and legal databases.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the construction legal team.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a paralegal (construction or commercial law advantageous).
- A deep understanding of construction law principles, or a genuine interest in specialising in this area.
- Excellent drafting and research skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
