As a Global Collaboration Solutions Expert, you'll take end-to-end ownership of the delivery of Zoom as a service for Macquarie. You'll serve as a global subject matter expert in the architecture and administration of the platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Zoom Administrator, and expertise on all associated zoom product offerings and services.
  • Knowledge of connector, VDI integration, ZDM, CRC, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Contact Center.
  • Prior participation in Zoom architectural design and integration/onboarding of Zoom would be beneficial.
  • A strong background in collaboration tools and services (MS Teams, WebEx, Slack).
  • Experience working within a highly-regulated environment for an organisation with a global presence.
  • Experience with Pexip Connect would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of network and technology infrastructure is beneficial.
