Senior Aquatic Services Coordinator

The role of the Aquatic Operations Manager will be pivotal in ensuring public safety while promoting high-quality aquatic and recreational services.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including Royal Lifesaving Society 'Guidelines for Safe Pool Operation' and 'Safer Public Pools Code of Practice'.
- Foster a culture of safety by adhering to guidelines and regulations.
- Oversee facility maintenance work, ensuring safe practices are upheld and necessary documentation is maintained.
- Assist in developing a pool lifeguard staff training plan to maintain expertise in aquatic services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Royal Lifesaving Society 'Guidelines for Safe Pool Operation' and other relevant guidelines.
- Tertiary qualifications in sport and recreation management or a related field. Alternatively, lesser formal qualifications with demonstrated skills and experience in aquatic operations, including supervision within an aquatic environment.
- Aquatic Technical Operator's Certificate
- Current Pool Lifeguard Award
- First Aid Certification
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Driver's Licence
