Home Support Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our Home Care team as Support Workers.
The role involves:
- Assisting with daily living tasks: household chores, grocery shopping or meal preparation
- Providing personal care: assistance with hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime or administering medication
- Transportation: accompanying clients to appointments or shopping trips
- Social and wellbeing activities: accompanying clients on outings or assisting with healthy living initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (a plus)
- Experience providing client-centred care
- A current First Aid certificate
- A valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
