Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Audit Compliance Professional to provide expert advice on day-to-day compliance requirements under various regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of client documentation and periodic reviews.
  • Liaise with trade finance teams to ensure sanctioned entities are screened appropriately and due diligence is documented.
  • Regulatory compliance monitoring
  • Identify and resolve compliance issues or breaches in a timely manner.
  • Maintain incident logs and collaborate with senior compliance officers when regulatory breaches arise.
  • Identify regulatory and operational risks within the business unit and conduct risk assessments.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and oversight committees.
  • Assist with adapting policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections by preparing control evidence and coordinating with business units.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent interpretation of obligations.
  • Support new employee onboarding with relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Work authorisation for Australia required.
