We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is warm, professional, and customer-focused to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors to the office, maintaining the presentation of our Front of House area, handling internal/external calls, and assisting with event planning and office catering.

This role requires previous experience in an administration/support/customer-facing role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of personal and workplace presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our Front of House area and meeting rooms
  • Handling internal/external calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with event planning and office catering
  • Security pass control, arranging couriers and daily mail
  • Distribution and processing of daily mail
  • Liaising with building management for daily tenancy needs

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to problem solve issues through resolution, and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining composure.
