Join a dynamic team of speech experts who share your passion for delivering high-quality interventions that make a real difference in people's lives.
As a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist, you will be part of a growing multidisciplinary team that values flexibility, professional growth, and a supportive workplace culture.
Together, we strive to empower participants to achieve their goals and engage in the activities that matter most to them, whether it's improving daily living skills, building confidence, or increasing independence.
Our collaborative approach involves working closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, and behaviour support practitioners to provide comprehensive support in environments that matter most—homes, schools, and local communities.
With a strong focus on capacity building, we help participants reach their goals and live more independently by:
- Taking a strengths-based approach to assessments, goal setting, and interventions
- Using a mix of standardised and non-standardised assessments, tailored to each individual
- Working collaboratively across disciplines
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Laptop and smartphone
- Performance with Purpose Recognition Program
- Salary packaging options
- Choose your days and hours—full-time or part-time
- Fit your work around your life, not the other way around
- Ongoing training tailored to your interests
- Structured pathways to grow clinically or into leadership
Join us in creating positive change, one participant at a time, and discover the rewards of working in an environment where your impact is recognised and celebrated.
