Our company is seeking a skilled Cafe Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage cafe operations with expertise and efficiency.
- Develop and train high-performing teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the cafe.
- Lead by example, embodying a passion for coffee culture and commercial barista skills.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform operational decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cafe/Restaurant supervisor.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, training, and performance management.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for coffee culture.
- High-standard barista skills on a commercial machine.
