Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified professional with expertise in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to join our team at Softtest Pays Pty Ltd. This role is crucial for enhancing our monitoring capabilities and ensuring optimal performance across our services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demonstrated experience in onboarding new services into Splunk ITSI, including service decomposition and thorough testing. Contribute to the creation of ITSI documentation and knowledge-based resources. Design and maintain effective Splunk ITSI dashboard solutions.
2. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Foster strong relationships with service partners, key business stakeholders, and technical teams.
3. Relevant experience in Business As Usual (BAU) operations with Splunk ITSI, focusing on user configuration and ongoing enhancements. Develop and sustain Splunk ITSI dashboard solutions. Manage adds, moves, and changes for existing Splunk ITSI services.
4. A proactive self-starter who can thrive in a large, geographically dispersed enterprise ICT environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in developing and maintaining Splunk ITSI for an Enterprise Operations Centre or similar environments such as Network Operations Centre (NOC) or Security Operations Centre (SOC).
2. Familiarity with creating Splunk ITSI integrations with ServiceNow.
