Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Guardian Childcare & Education

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where they can grow and develop their skills and qualifications. Our Centre is rated exceeding in the National Quality Standard and offers a range of exciting programs for children aged 0-6 years.

About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that meet the needs of our children and families. You will work closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of all children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that reflect current research and best practice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of Centre events and activities
  • Participate in professional learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Experience in long day-care or similar setting
  • Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current Working with Children's Check
