Job Description

As an Assistant Accountant, you will report to the Senior Management Accountant and be responsible for various key duties, including:

  • Bank reconciliations and prepayments
  • Assisting with end-to-end payroll, including journal postings and reconciliations
  • Maintaining fixed assets and general ledger
  • Supporting the accounts receivable function
  • Contributing to month-end preparation
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Actively working towards your CA or CPA qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
