Empowering Learners through Training and Assessment

About the Role:
  • We are seeking Trainer Assessors to deliver high-quality training to individuals seeking careers in Individual Support and Business.
  • The ideal candidate will assess learner competency and provide constructive feedback.
  • This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including learners, employers, and industry partners.
  • Contributions to the development and implementation of training programs are also expected.
Key Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent is a must.
  • Current Industry Qualifications - Certificate III level or higher in Individual Support/Business are required.
  • A minimum of two years' industry experience - AIN or RN for Individual Support is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills and high-level computer literacy are essential.
  • A recent clear National Police Check and current Blue Card (Working With Children Check) are mandatory.
  • A Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel between different sites are also required.
