Job Description

The Fox Hole offers a unique and exciting work environment. As an experienced mixologist, you will be part of a successful team delivering daily operations, Gin & Tea afternoons, evening bar services, and guided spirit tasting experiences.

We are looking for senior bartenders to join our front-of-house team. These exciting opportunities include preparing and serving cocktails, gins, wines, and other products to a consistently high standard. You will also develop and maintain sound product knowledge, answer guest questions, and up-sell as appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The types of skills, qualifications, and experience we are looking for include:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Sound drinks knowledge, with gin and/or Australian wine styles highly regarded
  • Excellent bar and cocktail-making skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience using a point of sale system
  • Current responsible service of alcohol certificate
