Apg Workforce is seeking a skilled Site Trainer to join our team. As a Site Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and assessing training programs to ensure the highest standards of work and behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate site inductions for new employees
- Maintain accurate training records and matrices
- Conduct regular toolbox talks to promote safe working practices
- Forecast training needs and develop training plans
- Provide training and assessment to employees on company policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and manual handling risk assessments
Requirements
- Qualifications for Training and Assessing
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Basic communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a team environment to resolve problems or improve systems
- Structured training in HACCP for operator level or relevant food handling training
- Understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, WHS, and environmental systems in the workplace
