About the Role:

Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly skilled Site Trainer to support the team at Baiada, Pendle Hill. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate, deliver, and evaluate local training for all employees, agency, and contractors as per Baiada National Training Standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate local training for all employees, agency, and contractors as per Baiada National Training Standard.
  • Provide support to Trainer Assessors and ensure currency in site training requirements on an as needed basis.
  • Conduct pre-start information/induction session for new employees.
  • Liaise with external training companies and coordinate training programs as requested by Management.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is adaptable to changing situations, shows a dedication to effectively training and coaching employees, and has a positive proactive attitude. Prior experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous, as well as an incredible work ethic and the ability to hit the ground running in this extremely busy role.

Requirements:

  • Legally entitled to work in Australia/Australian Citizen or permanent resident status.
  • Proficient in basic written and verbal communication.
  • Qualifications for Training and Assessing (Cert IV).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, WHS, and environmental systems in the workplace.
  • Intermediate computer skills and sound knowledge of MS Office Programs and organisational database systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
