Education and Training Specialist

Delivering exceptional education to various stakeholders in the medical industry is a key responsibility for this role. As an Education and Training Specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Acute Care business in Victoria.

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful team that works with healthcare professionals worldwide to address meaningful clinical issues. Your tasks may include:

  • Developing, organizing, conducting, and assessing educational programs for identified stakeholders, including Anaesthetists, Nurses, Biomedical Engineers, and Surgeons
  • Providing technical support during clinical or surgical procedures as needed
  • Partnering with the clinical team to promote customer success and service support
  • Designing and delivering workshops and technical product education to employees and customers
  • Participating in conferences, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness
  • Identifying growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the clinical setting or within the medical industry as an educator or facilitating education/training
