Payroll HR Administrator Opportunity

This is a rare and outstanding opportunity to take on a permanent part-time Payroll HR Administrator role. The successful candidate will be welcomed into a stable, growing, and friendly team as they assist with all aspects of payroll and administration (100+ employee) and help the HR Manager with HR systems implementation, onboarding, etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience with new system implementations and NetSuite program, and possess drive, reliability, passion, and a team-supportive approach. They should also be an experienced payroll administration professional with a mature and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of payroll and administration for 100+ employees.
  • Help the HR Manager with HR systems implementation, onboarding, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with payroll: 3 years required.
  • HRIS experience: 3 years preferred.
  • Human resources experience: 3 years preferred.
  • Payroll management experience: 3 years preferred.
  • Australia work authorisation: required.
